Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed directly through an online store operated by SAMFCommerce LLC.
1. Shipping Availability
Available destinations, shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout when available. We may add, remove, or restrict shipping destinations at any time before accepting an order, including where a product is restricted, a carrier is unavailable, fraud risk is elevated, or legal, customs, sanctions, product-safety, or operational requirements prevent shipment.
The availability of a destination at checkout does not guarantee that every product may legally be imported, sold, or used in that destination. We may cancel and refund an order if shipment is not lawful or reasonably feasible.
2. Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends, public holidays, carrier closures, and fulfillment-facility closures. Processing time is separate from transit time.
Any processing or delivery window shown on a product page, at checkout, or in an order confirmation is an estimate unless we expressly state that it is guaranteed. Some orders require address, payment, identity, fraud, stock, or regulatory verification before dispatch.
If no specific shipping time is stated, we will ship within the period required by applicable law. For United States orders, if we cannot ship within a promised period or within the legally applicable default period, we will provide the delay notice, consent option, cancellation option, or refund required by law.
3. Order Acceptance and Verification
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. We may verify:
(a) payment authorization;
(b) billing and shipping information;
(c) product availability;
(d) order quantity;
(e) suspected resale or fraudulent activity;
(f) destination restrictions; and
(g) information reasonably required by a payment provider, carrier, or applicable law.
We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance. If we cancel after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
4. Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, street address, unit number, city, state or province, postal code, country, email address, and telephone number where requested.
Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been transmitted to fulfillment. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or outdated information to the extent permitted by law.
We may use address-validation tools and may make minor formatting corrections. We will not materially change the destination without customer authorization.
5. Shipping Charges, Taxes, and Duties
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Taxes may be calculated based on the product, destination, and applicable law.
For international orders, import duties, value-added tax, goods and services tax, brokerage fees, customs charges, and local handling fees may be payable by the recipient unless checkout expressly states that those charges are included. These charges are imposed by third parties and are not controlled by us.
A customer who refuses a parcel because of disclosed import charges may be responsible for actual outbound shipping, return shipping, customs, storage, and carrier fees, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address or customer account associated with the order. Tracking may take up to 48 hours after dispatch to show movement. A lack of immediate carrier scans does not necessarily mean that the parcel has not been shipped.
7. Delivery Estimates and Delays
Delivery estimates are based on information from carriers and fulfillment providers. They are not guarantees. Delays may arise from customs, weather, natural disasters, peak seasons, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, security screening, address issues, product inspections, public-health events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will use reasonable efforts to assist with material delays. Where applicable law gives the customer a right to cancel because of delay, that right remains available.
8. Split Shipments and Third-Party Fulfillment
An order may be shipped in more than one parcel and may arrive on different dates. Products may be fulfilled by third-party warehouses, suppliers, manufacturers, or logistics providers. Packaging and the ship-from location may differ between parcels.
SAMFCommerce LLC coordinates fulfillment but does not represent that it owns every warehouse, carrier, or logistics facility used to complete an order.
9. Delivery Confirmation, Loss, and Theft
Contact us promptly if tracking shows a parcel as delivered but it cannot be located. Before contacting us, check:
(a) the delivery address in the order confirmation;
(b) the mailbox, reception, parcel locker, safe place, or building office;
(c) household members and neighbors; and
(d) any delivery photograph or carrier notice.
A carrier’s delivered scan and delivery evidence may be considered when evaluating a claim. We are not responsible for theft or loss occurring after proper delivery to the address, parcel locker, freight forwarder, mailroom, or recipient designated by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
For parcels lost in transit, we may open a carrier investigation. We may require a signed declaration, identity verification, police report, or other reasonable evidence where fraud or theft is suspected. Depending on the facts and applicable law, the remedy may be replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
10. Damaged Parcels
Photograph the shipping carton, shipping label, internal packaging, and product before discarding anything. Contact samfcommercellc@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 7 days, with the order number and evidence. This requested period does not reduce non-waivable statutory rights.
11. Freight Forwarders and Reshippers
If you instruct us to deliver to a freight forwarder, reshipper, commercial receiving agent, hotel, temporary accommodation, parcel locker, or another third party, delivery to that party may constitute delivery to you to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for damage, loss, delay, repackaging, customs issues, or address changes occurring after proper delivery to that intermediary.
12. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
Refused, unclaimed, abandoned, or undeliverable parcels may be returned, destroyed, or held by the carrier. Any refund is subject to the Return and Refund Policy and may be reduced by actual costs caused by refusal, non-collection, or address error, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Preorders and Backorders
If a product is sold as a preorder or backorder, the estimated dispatch period will be disclosed before purchase. The estimate may change. If a material delay occurs, we will provide any notice, consent opportunity, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
14. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes when the order is properly delivered to the customer or the customer’s designated recipient, except where applicable law requires a different result.
15. Contact
Shipping questions should be sent to samfcommercellc@gmail.com with the order number in the subject line.
